Account Registration Guide

Sign Up with Self-Create

Follow these steps to create a new account on the Synkli mobile app:

Step 1: Install the Synkli App

  Download and install the Synkli app from your device's app store.
• 
  Open the app to access the login screen.

Step 2: Access the Create Account Option

• 
  On the login screen, find the Create Account option located at the bottom of the screen.
• 
  Tap on Create Account to start the registration process.

Step 3: Enter Personal Information

• 
  First Name
• 
  Last Name
• 
  Email
• 
  Phone Number

Once all fields are completed, tap on the Sign Up button.

Step 4: Email Verification

• 
  An email will be sent to the address provided during registration.
• 
  Open the email and find the six-digit verification code.
• 
  Enter the code in the app to complete the email verification step.

Step 5: Phone Verification

• 
  After email verification, a message will be sent to the provided phone number.
• 
  Open the message and find the six-digit verification code.
• 
  Enter the code in the app to complete the phone verification step.

Step 6: Set Security Questions

• 
  You will be prompted to set up security questions and answers to further protect your account.
• 
  Complete this step by selecting and answering your security questions, then tap on Next.

Step 7: Set Password and Agree to Terms

• 
  Set a strong password for your account.
• 
  Review and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
• 
  Tap on the Sign Up button to finalise your account setup.

Step 8: Registration Confirmation

• 
  After completing the above steps, a Registration Successful screen will appear.
• 
  Tap on the Go to Login button to proceed.

Start Using the App

Log In to Your Account

• 
  On the login screen, enter your registered email and password.
• 
  Tap on the Login button to access your account.

You are now ready to use the Synkli app with your newly created account.
